Announced on September 12, Apple has confirmed tech specs for the Iphone 5. Here is everything you need to be in the know.
The screen is in fact bigger. Apple has upgraded the screen size to an expected 4 inches, making room for a fifth row of icons on the home screen, plus the usual shortcuts at the bottom.
Size does matter! This Iphone is a mere .3 inches thick and weighs only 4 ounces.
The Iphone 5's processor has twice the CPU speed and and graphics power, while the chip is internally smaller and way more battery friendly than the Iphone 4S.
The Iphone 5 can shoot panoramic shots while shooting a video.
One of the biggest changes has been the dock connector, Its 80% smaller than what Apple fans are used to. In addition iOS 6, Apples new mobile operating system is included with this update. Apple has also revealed its own maps product featuring turn-by-turn directions and 3D imagery of buildings on the street, This last change further signaling its growing distance from partnering with Google!
