A WASHINGTON U.S. Department of Agriculture report published Monday revealed the average American consumes 156 pounds of sugar a year but would, ideally, prefer to ingest a far greater amount. That may seem low, considering that its not even a pound a day. I think if we worked at it, we could double that number. I know I personally could eat a whole lot more, and I’m sure others could, as well. I don't know many that don't enjoy sugar, it is the best! Sugar is hidden in every day foods, clearly not just the obvious. Time to eat more raw vegetables and enjoy fruit!

"For Gordon Crawford:
Helped me buy a home
Gordon has helped me buy and sell several properties over the last ten years, with my most recent purchase in 12/2011 in Morris Township. I am always blown away by the expert advice that Gordon and his team bring to these transactions, and the excellent referrals to various specialty contractors that they have given me over the years. And of course, Gordon is a great guy and a lot of fun to work with!"
