Calm Breath = Calm Mind

This morning I took a gentle flow yoga and focused my mind on slowing down and quieting just as always do when I step on the yoga mat. Today was different:
I placed a deep intent onto truly letting go of million things on my task list.
I surrendered to my teacher... and had a very special session where I tapped into my breath deepening it to benefit from the physical practice.

So was my day after the practice full of accomplishments and outcomes but steady and purposeful.... 

When the breath wanders the mind also is unsteady. But when the breath is calmed the mind too will be still, and the yogi achieves long life. Therefore, one should learn to control the breath (Hatha Yoga Pradipika)
