The housing matket is improving despite economic uncertainy; it was concluded in the August report by CoreLogic.
"While housing data remained gloomy for years, we beleive the housing segment is seeing sparks of hope with REO sales dropping, inventory levels declining and the nation's foreclosure inventory slowing. The result of these conditions is a balancing of supply and demand, and the beginning of price stability-even price growth" the report stated.
Locally here in the Randolph, Morristown, Denville, Rockaway markets the picture is looking up. Despite the spectre of a large shadow inventory still looming, the combination of extremely low interest rates along with a long pent up demand has served to boost the local market tremendously over the past few months!

"For Gordon Crawford:
Recommended to us by a friend, Gordon and his team of professionals provided the support we needed to first decide we wanted to sell, determine the value of our home, stage it for showing and negotiate a speedy sale. Gordon listened to our concerns and took our feelings and needs into consideration at every turn. His team is the best. They are truly dedicated to their clients. I would use Gordon again and recommend him to anyone without reservation."
