Right now, whether you are in the Randolph, NJ Real Estate market or anywhere else in the country, Pricing is of the utmost importance in the Marketing Plan for Selling Your House.

This does not mean artificially pricing your house low for a quick sale, but what we refer to as the concept of "Right Pricing"

Pricing of a house results in the perceived value in the marketplace.Price too high and the right eyes wont see your house. For instance if you have a "fixer-upper" priced at $305,000, you will be missing all the people looking for homes only up to $300,000. This results is not as much exposure, extended time on the market and less money in your pocket in the long run.

So whether you are in Randolph, Chatham, Madison, Morristown or any other town the same principal will apply.

The lesson is "Overpricing will always lead to Underselling"
